Can I use ABHI if my company is not onboarded?
Just speak to the HR department at your organization and make sure you are added to the system. You should have no problem signing in!
If my friend logs in on the ABHI app through my phone, will all his information be synced to my phone?
No it won’t be. And the ABHI app automatically logs you out after 5min of inactivity, making sure everyone’s information is safe!
How do I access my earned salary through ABHI?
Log in to the ABHI app and click on the ABHI icon. Your available balance will be shown along with a window to enter the amount you need to withdraw. Enter the amount you want and click on the ‘select account’ button, it will take you to another screen where your current account information will be shown. Click on it then press the ‘next’ button. Click ‘confirm’ and your account will be credited with the given amount within 30 seconds!
If I leave my organization and switch to a different job, will I lose all my data on the ABHI app?
No. Your data is secure and linked to your CNIC number. So if you switch to a different organization your entire data will also shift over there. But this is only valid for organizations that have signed up with ABHI.
How do I add a new bank account?
Open the ABHI app and click on the ABHI icon. Your available balance will be shown along with a window to enter the amount you need to withdraw. Click on the ‘select account’ button, it will take you to another screen where your current account information will be shown and a button that says ‘change account’. Add your new account details here.
I see a suspicious transaction on the app
If you see a transaction that you don’t recognise, report it on our helpline ASAP!
I forgot my PIN
Press the ‘forgot pin’ button on the app, you will receive an OTP on your registered email/phone number which will help you login easily.

The owed amount is paid to ABHI by your employer along with the Rs.100 service fee and your remaining salary is credited to you in the next payroll cycle
